We deliver across India. Orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applied at checkout.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. The garment must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags intact.
Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Custom-tailored garments and items purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they are received in a damaged condition.
